WISCONSIN WETLAND MITIGATION BANKING LISTENING SESSIONS SELF-NOMINATION

SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District are seeking individuals interested in participating in half day wetland mitigation banking listening sessions the week of November 18, 2019 (final dates and times will be determined based on participant interest). The sessions are being held to solicit feedback and discuss the current state and federal wetland mitigation bank review processes with a specific focus on ways to improve consistency and efficiency in the programs.

NEW Paperless Procedure for Submitting Requests to the Corps of Engineers in Wisconsin

PUBLIC NOTICE: In an effort to improve efficiency, reduce costs and environmental footprint, and accommodate many stakeholders' preferred method of correspondence, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District Regulatory Program (Corps), is implementing paperless procedures. As of 1 July 2019, requests for action (RFAs) in Wisconsin should be submitted electronically using one of two options.
