The St Paul District Library

The St Paul District Library offers a variety of services and sources to support the operations of the District and preserves a portion of the documented history of the district and its operations.

The library collection of resources includes both digital and print resources. Digital resources include professional standards, Army Regulations, USACE publications, maps, congressional documents, e-journals and e-books, and some historic drawings, reports, and maps.

The library houses a print collection selected for research and professional development, which includes technical reports, district and USACE publications, and other materials. The print collection also contains some archival materials.

Services for the public: The district library is open to the public by appointment only. Please contact the library at 651-290-5304 to schedule an appointment.
