To ensure that baseline costs and schedules are established and maintained; deliver quality projects to sponsors on schedule and within budget and scope; keep partners fully integrated into process; optimize project management roles, responsibilities, process, relationships and structures; and facilitate identification and resolution of issues.
To assist the district commander in maintaining effectiveness and efficiency to accomplish finance objectives.
To supervise and maintain oversight of the functions and programs in finance and accounting, budget, manpower and management analysis.
