  • 2021-00177-BGO (Clearwater County, MN) Minnesota Department of Transportation Project

    PUBLIC NOTICE: The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is proposing approximately 5.1 miles of road improvements on Trunk Highway (TH) 92 from County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 35 to TH 200 in the townships of Minerva and Zerkel, Clearwater County, MN (SP 1506-41). The improvements would include a regrade of TH 92 along with shoulder widening, vertical alignment modifications, and replacing roadside infrastructure. The widening would require new entrance culverts, new ditch sections, and tree clearing.

    PUBLIC NOTICE: The sponsor is proposing to develop The Meadowbrook Wetland Bank. The proposed bank site is approximately 298.6 acres in size, including upland buffer areas. The proposed bank service area is the Upper Mississippi River Basin in Minnesota (Bank Service Area 7).

    PUBLIC NOTICE: The sponsor is proposing to develop Rush Creek Reserve Wetland Bank. The proposed bank site is approximately 14.1 acres in size, including upland buffer areas. The objective of this proposed bank is to restore hydrology to basins that have been ditched and tiled by restoring the natural overflow elevations of the wetlands.

  • Nationwide Permit Reissuance

    SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: On January 13, 2021, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published a final rule in the Federal Register (86 FR 2744) announcing the reissuance of 12 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and four new NWPs, as well as the reissuance of NWP general conditions and definitions with some modifications. These 16 NWPs will go into effect on March 15, 2021, and will expire on March 14, 2026.
