SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: This public notice announces the St. Paul District Corps of Engineers Regulatory Branch (Corps) modification of regional general permit (RGP) GP-004-WI. This modification has been implemented to address the duration of authorization after GP-004-WI expires, and extend the expiration date of GP-004-WI from December 31, 2017 through January 7, 2018.
