PUBLIC NOTICE: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO discharge fill into 3.21 acres of wetlands and realign 208 linear feet of a perennial tributary to Northwood Lake in New Hope, Minnesota. As part of this project, the applicant is proposing to construct a storm water treatment forebay and storm water treatment pond in approximately 1.07 acres of an existing wetland to the south of the mall location.
