PROJECT PURPOSE: The St. Paul District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is proposing to reauthorize General Permits (GPs) for the City of Superior, Wisconsin, Special Area Management Plan (SAMP). These GPs are proposed to provide streamlined Section 404 Clean Water Act authorization for discharges of fill material in eligible wetlands associated with residential, public, institutional, and commercial/industrial developments within the City of Superior, Wisconsin.
