    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is initiating a study to improve habitat of McGregor Lake, which is part of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife & Fish near Prairie du Chien, Wis. The public is invited to attend an informational open house concerning this study.
