  • Corps completes county road work for Interstate 29 grade raise project

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, along with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and the North Dakota Department of Transportation, announce the completion of county road construction in the vicinity of Oxbow, Hickson, and Bakke, North Dakota. As of Saturday, Oct. 22, County Roads 18 and 81 are open for traffic in all directions, including access to Interstate 29 ramps. Also new, the County Road 18/81 intersection is now a four-way stop.

PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, awarded a $7.7 million contract to HSG Park Joint Venture, LLC, of Harvey, North Dakota, to complete a fish passage structure at Drayton Dam, located around 60 miles north of Grand Forks, North Dakota, on the Red River of the North.

  • UPDATE: Corps postpones Marsh Lake project completion ceremony

PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Upper Minnesota River Watershed District will celebrate the completion of the Marsh Lake environmental enhancement project with a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 14, at 11 a.m. This is an update from the previous date of May 17. This event is postponed due to recent rain and storm events, which have made it unsafe to access the site.
