  • Eau Galle Recreation Area hours cut due to vandalism

    ST. PAUL, Minn. –The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is cutting hours of operation at the main day use area at Eau Galle Recreation Area near Spring Valley, Wisconsin, due to a recent sting of vandalism.

  • Eau Galle campground reopening in time for Memorial Day weekend

    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is reopening its Highland Ridge Campground at the Eau Galle Dam and Recreation Site, located in Spring Valley, Wis., tomorrow, May 23. The campground was closed the first week of May after the park received more than 14 inches of heavy snowfall that resulted in extensive tree damage.
