• To ensure that baseline costs and schedules are established and maintained; deliver quality projects to sponsors on schedule and within budget and scope; keep partners fully integrated into process; optimize project management roles, responsibilities, process, relationships and structures; and facilitate identification and resolution of issues.
• To assist the district commander in maintaining effectiveness and efficiency to accomplish finance objectives.
• To supervise and maintain oversight of the functions and programs in finance and accounting, budget, manpower and management analysis.
