These pages provide information on the many business opportunities for individuals and firms in the civilian community. The St. Paul District contracts out the construction of new buildings, renovations, alterations and repairs for structures such as locks and dams and recreational facilities. The district works with local sponsors to design and construct flood risk management projects - providing contracts for many local companies. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is rich in engineering and scientific talent and offers ongoing contracting opportunities for a variety of businesses.

What's New - Registration is no longer needed to research and download contract opportunity information with the Corps of Engineers.

For potential offerors, the listing of contract opportunities within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in now located on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed by clicking on the link below. Interested parties my search for and download Solicitation Notices, Plans or Specifications for projects by the Saint Paul District, as well as other USACE districts and government agencies. An interested vendor list (formerly called a "Planholder" list) is also available on the FBO website by clicking the "Interested Vendor" tab for the notice you are interested in. All potential contract awardees must register with the Central Contractor Registration website which can be accessed by clicking the link below.
