The Directorate of Civil Works is a major component of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Civil Works programs include water resource development activities including flood risk management, navigation, recreation, and infrastructure and environmental stewardship. Corps of Engineers to increase outflow from Baldhill Dam
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will begin increasing outflow next week from Baldhill Dam located near Valley City, North Dakota, to lower Lake Ashtabula before spring runoff.
