  • Minneapolis locks reopened to all traffic

    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, reopened its three Minneapolis locks to recreation traffic early this morning, July 5. The same locks reopened to commercial vessels July 3.
