Corps of Engineers seeks public comments on Baudette water and sewer system
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is seeking comments on a draft environmental assessment, or EA, for a water and sewer system update in the Westwood Housing development in Baudette, Minnesota.

Engineering and Construction Division

The employees in the engineering and construction division include 14 professional engineering and science disciplines. The division provides study, design and construction engineering services for civil works water resource projects, including navigation, flood control, environmental stewardship, dam safety, recreation and emergency response. This includes engineering and related support to maintain the St. Paul District's 13 locks and dams on the Mississippi River and 16 multi-purpose reservoirs.
