  • Corps campsites at Sandy Lake closed due to dam construction

    ST. PAUL, Minn. –The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will close its campsites at Sandy Lake Recreation Area near McGregor, Minnesota, through the 2021 recreation season due to construction activities related to the Sandy Lake Dam rehabilitation.

  • Corps closes several campsites at Blackhawk Park due to flooding

    ST. PAUL, Minn. –The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will only be able to offer limited camping at Blackhawk Park, located near De Soto, Wis., this weekend, May 31 through June 2, due to minor flooding and extremely wet conditions.
