Mother Nature closes another navigation season on the Upper Mississippi River

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, locked the last tow of the season for the St. Paul, Minn., area today, Nov. 20, because ice conditions on the Mississippi River are becoming difficult for vessels to navigate.

PAUL, Minn. – The Office of the Secretary of Defense recently announced its selection of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, employee and Potomac Falls, Va., resident, DeLisa Kviz as the recipient of the Outstanding Department of Defense Employee/Service Member with a Disability Award.
