    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, in cooperation with the Flood Diversion Authority, is hosting a public open house June 26 to provide project design updates for the first segment of the proposed Fargo, N.D.,/Moorhead, Minn., flood diversion project.

  • Record of Decision signed for Fargo-Moorhead flood diversion project

    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The proposed Fargo, N.D./Moorhead, Minn., flood diversion project achieved another major milestone when Ms. Jo-Ellen Darcy, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works), signed the Record of Decision, or ROD, on the final feasibility report and environmental impact statement April 3.
