ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, recently signed a project partnership agreement with Cooperstown, North Dakota, for the construction of a new water line.
The project, which is covered under the Corps’ Environmental Infrastructure Assistance program, includes the design and construction of proposed improvements on a water transmission line replacement project. These projects include wastewater treatment, combined sewer overflow water supply, as well as environmental restoration and surface water protection and development.
