The construction industry day workshop on June 27 will include a general project overview, design feature concepts, and more detailed information on the first design reach of the project based on the draft design.

A separate contracting seminar will be held June 28 as an introduction to contracting with the federal government. Topics will include certification applications for various small business categories, joint venture agreements, small business subcontracting plans, construction contract clauses, common bid irregularities, and the responsibilities and expectations associated with satisfactory contract performance.
