Upper St. Anthony Falls Lock and Dam to host Aquatennial open house

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will host an open house at the Upper St. Anthony Falls Lock and Dam, located at One Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, Saturday, July 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. This open house is being held in conjunction with the Minneapolis Aquatennial.
