ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mississippi Valley Division Commander Maj. Gen. John Peabody and St. Paul District Commander Col. Michael Price will be visiting a number of North Dakota communities July 17-19 and will have some media availability.
Bismarck, N.D.: Peabody and Price will be attending the Devils Lake Executive Committee meeting at the Bismarck Radisson, 605 E. Broadway, Tuesday, July 17. Both will be available for press interviews from 4-4:30 p.m.
Minot, N.D.: Peabody and Price will be meeting with Minot, N.D., city officials at Minot City Hall, 512 2nd Ave. SW, Wednesday, July 18. Both will be available for press interviews from 3-3:30 p.m.
Tolna Coulee near Devils Lake, N.D.: The Corps of Engineers will be hosting a project dedication ceremony at Tolna Coulee, located on the southwest corner of Stump Lake in Nelson County, Thursday, July 19, at 10 a.m. Both Peabody and Price will be available for press interviews before the ceremony from 9:30-10 a.m.
Valley City, N.D.: Peabody and Price will be meeting at Valley City Hall with local officials Thursday, July 19 from 3:15-4:15 p.m. The media may attend.
