Members of the St. Paul District’s Fargo-Moorhead Metro Flood Risk Management team recently made a site visit to view a model of the Maple River aqueduct over the proposed diversion channel. The 50:1 scale model measures 80 feet by 70 feet is being constructed at the University of Minnesota Outreach Research and Education Park in Rosemount, Minn.
