U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces receipt of proposals for beneficial use of dredged materials pilot projects

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today announced that it received 94 proposals for beneficial use of dredged material pilot projects pursuant to Section 1122 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2016, Beneficial Use of Dredged Material.

Engineering and Construction Division

The employees in the engineering and construction division include 14 professional engineering and science disciplines. The division provides study, design and construction engineering services for civil works water resource projects, including navigation, flood control, environmental stewardship, dam safety, recreation and emergency response. This includes engineering and related support to maintain the St. Paul District's 13 locks and dams on the Mississippi River and 16 multi-purpose reservoirs.
