ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The newest St. Paul District employees took the Oath of Office Oct. 14 at the district's headquarters in St. Paul, Minn. Around 20 employees participated in the new comers orientation to learn more about what the St. Paul District does to support the Upper Midwest. Col. Dan Kowprowski, St. Paul District commander, administered the Oath of Office to the staff after they completed the training. The new employees represent virtually every part of the St. Paul District to include the operations division, regulatory, contracting and planning.
