The annual event, located on the banks of the Mississippi River in Red Wing, Minn., is a great opportunity for the Corps to reach out to the public and show off everything the District does. The display also included the district’s airboat, a piece of equipment that is used often during the winter months and is commonly seen and heard by visitors that attend the festival. The annual two-day event attracts an estimated 25,000 visitors from the region.
