PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Tri-Care Incorporated is proposing to develop a 62.73-acre site in the city of Maple Grove for the purpose of constructing a mixed-use development. The proposed development would include about 165 multi-family housing units, private rental storage space, office space, retail, parking, and traffic circulation. The project would also include a collector roadway with a roundabout and a trail.
