PROJECT DESCRIPITON AND PURPOSE: Monticello Properties is proposing to construct the Haven Ridge residential development within a 217-acre site located in Monticello Township. As part of the development the property will be annexed into the City of Monticello limits. Project construction would include associated streets, utilities, stormwater treatment areas, and buffers on avoided wetlands.
