5-Day River Forecast: Slow decline

 

DREDGING DATA

Recommended Channel Width: 300 feet

Recommended Dredging Depth: 12 feet

Estimated Quantity: 17,128 yd3

Type of Dredge: Contract Mechanical

Proposed Dredging Date: June 29th, 2016

Estimated Duration: 9 dredging days

Justification for Dredging: The navigation channel is reduced to 240 feet between the 9.0’ contours and reduced to 120 feet between the 10.5’ contours.

 

MATERIAL PLACEMENT DATA

Proposed Placement Site: Winona Technology Park

Location: 6-722.9-RMP

Site Characteristics: The material will be unloaded at the East End Boat Harbor at 723.6 RDB and trucked to Winona Technology Park which is a short term site provided by the Winona Port Authority. The Winona Port Authority has obtained all necessary permits for this action.
