Date Surveyed: May 29th, 2019

Water Surface Elevation: 654.3

Low Control Pool Elevation: 645.0

Net Difference: +9.3

5 Day River Forecast: Steady decline

 

DREDGING DATA

Recommended Channel Width: Project Limits

Recommended Dredging Depth: 6 feet

Estimated Quantity: 3,582 yd3

Type of Dredge: Government Mechanical

Proposed Dredging Date: June 10th, 2019

Estimated Duration: 4 dredging days

Justification for Dredging: There would be zero water depth at the entrance to the harbor if the water levels were at LCP.  Underlined numbers on the survey are measurements of material above LCP.

 

MATERIAL PLACEMENT DATA

Proposed Placement Site: Winona Harbor and Homer Placement Sties

Location: 6-726.0-LMP, 6-720.5-RMP

Site Characteristics:  Both the Winona Harbor Placement Site and the Homer placement site are historically used stockpile sites and all material is expected to be removed.
