Water Surface Elevation: 689.5

Low Control Pool Elevation: 686.2

Net Difference: + 3.3’

5-Day River Forecast: Steady Decline

 

DREDGING DATA

Recommended Channel Width: 400 feet

Recommended Dredging Depth: 11 feet

Estimated Quantity: 24,084 yd3

Type of Dredge: Government Mechanical

Proposed Dredging Date: April 29th, 2019

Estimated Duration: 16 dredging days

Justification for Dredging: The navigation channel is closed between the 9.0’ contours.  On a recommended bend width of 400’.  

 

MATERIAL PLACEMENT DATA

Proposed Placement Site: Lower Boulanger and Pine Bend Placement Sites

Location: 2-821.1-LMT, 2-823.8-LMT

Site Characteristics: These are both historically used temporary placement sites. The plan is to put fines if encountered in Pine Bend and sand in Lower Boulanger.
