FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. - A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, maintenance and repair crew make vital repairs to Lock and Dam 5A, during winter maintenance at the lock, near Minnesota City, Minnesota, Feb. 19. The district performs this type of maintenance approximately every 20 years.
