A tow passes by Blackhawk Park, located on the Mississippi River about 25 miles south of La Crosse, Wis. Blackhawk Park is located adjacent to the main channel of the Mississippi River, located 25 miles south of La Crosse, Wis., off Wisconsin State Highway 35 on County Road. Blackhawk is the largest public use facility in Pool 9 of the Mississippi River and offers a choice of single, double and pull through campsites with electrical hookups.
