On March 5, 2015, St. Paul District staff met with the University of Wisconsin, Reserve Officer Training Corps cadre from Stout and River Falls, Wisconsin. The meeting brought together leadership from both organizations with the purpose to discuss future opportunities to build Total Army Partnerships and to further increase STEM outreach initiatives from the district. The meeting was a first of many that will address mentorship and STEM opportunities for ROTC cadets that express an interest in building a future with the Army Corps of Engineers.
