FIRST Robotics - Duluth, Minn.
Meet Tom Crump (left). He volunteered March 28, 2015, as a Robot Inspector and Spare Parts coordinator at a FIRST Robotic competition in Duluth, Minnesota. There were about 120 High School robotics teams competing in a game called Recycle Rush. The robots must stack recycling containers and trash cans on top of one another. The teams were given the challenge in early January and had 6 weeks to plan, design, build, program and test their robots. Robots can weigh up to 120 pounds and stand up to 6 feet tall.
