The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Lake Ashtabula site in Valley City, N.D., hosted a National Kids to Park Day event May 16, 2013. The rangers here hosted 85 Valley City kindergarters, providing them with a tour of the dam and some water safety activities.
