In winter 2024, two overhead electrical lines which service two vault toilets fell over. The Corps proposes to replace the overhead electrical lines with underground electrical line. The Corps would install the electrical lines via trenching to a depth of 18 – 24 inches below surface and connecting to a nearby campsite hookup and security light pole
