The applicant is requesting a DA permit to permanently discharge dredged and/or fill material into 0.75-acre of wetlands associated with the construction of a residential development in the Village of Bristol. The proposed project is the construction of a multifamily residential development which will include the construction of associated public roadways, utilities, and stormwater ponds to serve the development. According to the wetland delineation report by Heartland Ecological Group, the wetland is characterized as wet meadow and forested drainageway complex. The impacted wetland is dominated by reed canary grass and box elder. Wetlands appear to be moderately functioning as they are impacted by invasive plant species.
