The sponsor proposes to restore 20 acres of wet meadow wetlands on a 21-acre site by disabling the existing tile and pumping system and returning native wetland and upland vegetation to the property. The site was historically drained for agricultural uses and is currently in sod production. The sponsor is proposing this bank site concurrent with an adjacent in-lieu fee program site proposal, which are being designed to be compatible.
