The sponsor proposes to restore approximately 91.08 acres of sedge meadow and 15.57 acres of wet prairie on a 108.43-acre site by disabling the existing tile and pumping system and returning native wetland and upland vegetation to the property. The site was historically drained for agricultural uses and is currently in sod production. The sponsor is proposing this in-lieu fee site concurrent with an adjacent bank site proposal, which are being designed to be compatible.
