PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO discharge dredged and fill material into 2.47 acres of wetlands adjacent to an unnamed tributary to Pine Creek for the construction of the proposed Horsetrack Meadows Residential Development. This is the first available parcel within the valley and the proximity of the project area to the City of La Crescent allows for sewer and water mains to be extended directly from the existing housing development.
