PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: The applicant is applying for a Department of the Army permit to discharge material into 0.69 acre of wetlands for the construction of a new public connector road from Tenny Avenue to the State Highway 164/59 bypass in the City of Waukesha. The public roadway would include 12’ wide lanes, a 5’ wide bicycle lane, and 30” curb on both sides and also include a bottomless arch pipe spanning Pebble Brook.
