PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: The sponsor is proposing to develop the Madsen Wetland Bank. The proposed bank site is approximately 76 acres in size, including upland buffer areas. The bank is for the Minnesota Local Government Road Wetland Replacement Program (LGRWRP).
