The Motor Vessel Kelly Rae Erickson departed St. Paul, Minnesota, Nov. 28, marking the last tow of the 2019 navigation season on the Upper Mississippi River within the St. Paul District.
Corps of Engineers officials will host a public meeting on Dec. 9 to discuss the draft dredged material placement plan for Pool 2. The meeting will be at Cottage Grove City Hall training room, 12800 Ravine Parkway in Cottage Grove from 6- 8 p.m.
