SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: The purpose of this notice is to announce the issuance of regional general permit RGP-004-MN for public road authorities in the State of Minnesota. RGP-04-MN is intended to streamline the review of permit applications for a limited range of public road projects in Minnesota, establish consistency in permit decisions, and provide more certainty for public road authorities seeking Department of the Army authorization under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899.
