PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: St. Paul District announces the reissuance of eight 2021 NWPs available for use in Minnesota and Wisconsin beginning on March 15, 2021! These 2021 NWPs have updated 2021 general terms and conditions, 2021 regional conditions, and 2021 water quality certifications.
