PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: The sponsor is proposing to develop the Nygren Wetland Bank. The proposed bank site is approximately 33 acres in size, including upland buffer areas. The proposed bank service area is the Upper Mississippi River Basin in Minnesota (Bank Service Area 5).
