Scott Baker, engineering and construction, was recognized for his work along the Mississippi River by Col. Dan Koprowski, district commander, at the district's annual holiday awards ceremony in December. Baker was selected as the Mississippi Valley Division Construction Management Excellence Award recipient. The annual award recognizes construction personnel exhibiting excellence in construction management and contract administration activities.
