The Corps of Engineers is proposing the construction of six water level control structures to improve the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s capacity to manage water levels in Blue Lake, Fisher Lake, Rice Lake and Continental Grain Marsh. The study area is located within the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, between Minnesota cities Shakopee and Savage.
